Hi,
very often the folders didn't refresh automaticly after copying/deleting operations. You have to press CTRL+R to refresh manually.
Very annoying.
Old Version 1.7.x didn't have this problem.
greetings

| Autorefresh is certainly different in the pro version... it's like it does not trigger sometimes... other times new items (files or folers) will show but deleted items are not removed. |

| i don't see any problems. Autorefresh is imperfect in general, there's nothing special about the lite version |

(I know this doesn't belong in the "Lite" forum, but the thread is here, so...)
I have to agree with this... I seem to notice more "drop-outs" than usual (in .11); Nikos, are you sure you didn't tweak something accidentally?
Bloody difficult to "check" compared to the old version as it's so unpredictable. |

| perhaps you guys with the issue see x2 lite (32 bit) in x64 windows? There could be an issue there. Or double check with the older lite version from download.com (link above) |

Unfortunately, I can confirm this issue.
In addition (though I don't know if it's related or not), I've noticed that almost every time I double click on a folder to open it, I can see its contents arranged differently than expected (probably as if "Unsorted" was selected) for a very short period of time, after which the panel refreshes and finally items get arranged correctly.
I never saw the old version behave like this, and I find it a little uncomfortable after a while.
In case it's relevant, pane style is set to "Details", displayed columns are Name, Size, Type and Date Modified (none of them "[S]"), and items are arranged by Type, ascending. |

Just a few words to confirm that the issue I described doesn't occur in version 1.7.2.7, to which I've returned.
I've also noticed that for some reason, accessing to remote folders was painfully slow in version 1.8.0.11. I mean shared folders in a PC belonging to the the same LAN. First I blamed the sw firewall running on the remote PC, but now I see that wasn't the reason. |
