Change location of Action | Export setting file?

How do I change the location of where Action | Export setting file goes? I've searched the helped and did some searching here too Nikos.

The default is the current active folder.**
Or you can enter the path explicitly in the Settings file name dialogbox.

** except if you have set "Don't lock browsed folder" (on Tools |Options... | Advanced tab) then it will be either in the folder that was current at the time you invoked the option or in the xplorer2 installation folder (I forget which, as I don't use the setting)
